How to combat foot odour?
There are some simple yet effective ways to get rid of foot odor or bromidrosis.
- Discard shoes affected by the smell, even if they are your most treasured pair of shoes. Because the affected pair will just infect your new pair!
- Use cotton socks because they allow your feet to breathe naturally. It also absorbs sweat really well. Talcum powder, a deodorant foot spray, and sandals also help as they keep feet dry and odor-free.
- Change shoes often to let each pair "air out," wear clean socks to help absorb perspiration.
